Solutions
Five engagements. Fixed price, three weeks.
Each one is scoped to finish. Each one says what it does not include — the part most proposals leave out.
The AI already running in your company, mapped. Ten tasks, timed. Your data, sorted. And the file that proves it.
What you receive
- A map of the AI tools already running in your company, declared or not. There are always some, and directors are always surprised.
- Ten repetitive tasks, timed, ranked by gain and by risk.
- Your data sorted into four categories — public, internal, personal, sensitive — process by process.
- The file: processing register, retention periods including conversation histories, information notice, internal usage policy, and the state of your works-council consultation.
- A written recommendation on the three processes to treat first, and the ones not to touch.
Not included
Implementation, staff training, a full impact assessment, any access to your software, and any certification of compliance — which we never issue.
What we refuse
Anything that decides about a person.
CV screening, employee scoring, credit, health. Article 25 of the European AI regulation turns an integrator into a provider the moment they configure a model for one of them — conformity assessment, CE marking, the lot.
We say so in the first meeting, not in month three.
Terms, the same for everyone
- Pricing
- Fixed price, never time and materials. A fixed price caps the risk on both sides.
- Deposit
- Thirty per cent on signature, the balance on acceptance.
- Licences
- You hold your own licences and your own infrastructure. We bill the implementation.
- Ownership
- Code and accounts are in your name from the first day, not at the end.
Not sure which one you need?
Most start with the audit. It is the one that tells you whether the other four are worth doing.
